Pool House Gallery 2026 Exhibitors

‘British makers’

This final Pool House exhibition continues to champion British makers, showcasing an inspiring selection of craft disciplines within this remarkable space. The aim is to present pieces for the home and garden on a more intimate scale, offering a contrast to the larger sculptures displayed throughout the grounds.

Visitors can look forward to a blend of returning favourites and exciting new talent. Familiar names include Anna Lambert with her fabulous ceramics and Emily Lawlor’s intricate mosaic birds. We are also delighted to welcome new makers Jean White, ceramicist, and Claire Shivlock, known for her creative willow work.

Several artists have drawn inspiration directly from the Old Rectory garden. Kathryn Clarke, for example, is creating cyanotype fabrics and accessories using seed heads, leaves and plants gathered from the grounds, producing pieces that carry a tangible connection to this special place.

This is a wonderful opportunity to discover something truly unique: an item closely connected to the inspirational setting and exhibition that has delighted us for more than 30 years.
