Wild Things is inspired by local wild grasses. Depending on the weather, this sculpture of crocheted wool and wooden fronds may appear to vanish from sight like camouflage or sway in the wind and shine brightly in sunshine. Texture is heightened by different threads on wood, and the crochet process enhances this effect.
