Bloomfield, Linda
A series of ceramic forms inspired by puffball fungi and covered with lichen-effect glazes. At one end of the series the lichens cover the forms, then gradually there are fewer lichens until at the other end the forms are dark and barren. This series makes tangible the effects of air pollution on lichen biodiversity.
